We love shopping with free delivery!  So, our little gift to you is to offer free delivery when shipping within Australia.  Enjoy!

When ordering multiple items they may be sent from various locations and arrive separately.


Please contact us with what you would like to order and a delivery address and we can provide a shipping quote.

If a large (commercial) quality of items are required, please contact us direct to arrange a shipping quote.

Delivery Address

Unfortunately, we can not deliver to a PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.  Please provide a daytime street address for delivery when submitting your order.  

All orders over $200.00 require a signature.  If you are not available when the delivery is made, a card will be left indicating the time of attempted delivery and a location of where the package can be collected.

Order Tracking

We deliver using either Australia Post or selected couriers.  Your order can be tracked using Australia Post or the selected courier order tracking system.  This will be emailed to you when the item is being processed and can be viewed online on your account. 

Order Confirmation

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Kitchen Temple containing your order details.  We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.  We will attempt to dispatch your goods via Australia Post or selected courier within 1 to 4 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Where possible we reuse our packaging when sending your order.   So, you order may come in a reused box or with reused bubble wrap.  It may not be quite as pretty as a brand new box, but we like to do our bit to reduce wastage.  Also, we always make sure your parcel is packed safely to minimise the risk of breakages in transit.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.  Please email us at [email protected] within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.  This does not apply to any goods that are on sale or using a discount code.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.  All products must be returned in their original condition (including all packaging).  All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.  We recommend that you return the product via Registered post.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out insurance with your postal carrier.  Kitchen Temple will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
